Medal-winning coffee, roasted in-house
We're the only coffee roaster / cafe / vinyl record store in the country — a Mid-Century Modern building in Downtown Stuart. Our from-scratch bakehouse runs out of its own separate location, supplying the cafe. We source dependable specialty-grade blends and exotic micro-lots from large and independent importers, and we compete nationally to refine the craft: featured in the Wall Street Journal, a multiple-time U.S. Coffee Roasting Championship semifinalist, and a three-time Golden Bean North America bronze medalist ('19/'22/'23). As a national roasting partner on Trade (drinktrade.com), we ship 50,000+ bags of specialty coffee across the country each year.

The Bakehouse
Bread & pastry, made from scratch
Our in-house bakery bakes fresh every morning — sourdough, focaccia, muffins, scones, cookies and loaves, with gluten-free and vegan lines. The signature sourdough rises on a wild starter grown beside our green coffee. Available wholesale to trade partners.

We're a record store too — new and used vinyl across the racks, playing while you sip. It isn't part of the wholesale program, but it's half of who we are: coffee on one side, records on the other.

Your shop is your dream — your passion project — and our job is to help you build it, with medal-winning coffee, from-scratch bakehouse goods, and people who actually pick up the phone.
How partnership works
- Apply — fill out the short form. Tell us about your business, your location, and your plan — we genuinely want to know.
- Meet & greet — every account starts with a real conversation, at the shop or on a call. We get to know you and your goals; you taste what we roast. We vet every partnership before it opens — it has to be right on both sides.
- Open your account — email your current resale certificate to wholesale@theroastedrecord.com and we'll set you up in QuickBooks (invoices Net 15) with your private login for pricing and online ordering.
- Build your program together — we sit down and select your coffees, walk you through how we roast them, and help create a custom menu that sets you apart from every other shop in town.
- Ongoing coaching — dial-in help, staff education, troubleshooting, seasonal refreshes, and the story behind every coffee so your team can tell it. If your bar has a problem, we're on it — your success is the point.
